Making A Purchase

Making a purchase is easy. Firstly you need to register with our site. You can either do this before making a payment or you can click the "create an account" link found in our shop section on the left. Then surf our shop, and add any items that you want to buy into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked a few questions that we need to be able to complete your order. That's it. You will receive notification of your order by e-mail.

Delivery Time UK only.

Goods will be despatched within one working day of receipt of your order. In the case of special items that have to be made to request we will advise you of the delivery date at the time of order. Small orders will be despatched by first class royal mail, larger orders by courier.

Payment Terms & Payment Methods.

Payments are required in GBP Great British Pounds , 100% payment will be required for the goods before they are despatched. We will accept payment on-line by credit card. Or we will accept payment by cheque (UK only) BACS or CHAPS credit transfer, overseas TT transfer. Or we can take your credit card payment by telephone or fax.

Returns Policy.

It is up to the customer to make sure that the goods ordered are the correct specification and size etc, any goods ordered in error can be returned subject to a handling charge of £10 plus the return carriage. The money will be refunded when we have the goods back and they have been checked, then the refund will be made within 48 hours.

Commercial Accounts.

If you are a larger user and you want to buy at commercial prices and on commercial terms contact us on any of the above numbers and we shall send you an "account opening form".

Overseas Customers

At the present time we can only take online orders for customers in the UK and Northern Ireland., if you are located outside of the UK or in Southern Ireland and you want to make an order simply send an e-mail to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. Items Out Of Stock

If for some reason the item/s you order are not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the delivery time and you will have the option to cancel your order if you don't want to wait.

Value Added Tax.

VAT will be added at the rate of 15% will be added to all orders delivered in the UK. Orders delivered outside the UK which are zero rated will be invoiced at this rate.

Privacy Policy

Loynds International Ltd will not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the ordering process. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
