The CD05 Depositor Machine is compact, & versatile, engineered for manufacturing an array of confectionery products, including Jellies, Gummies, Hard Candies, and Caramel. Due to its ability to provide accurate dosing the machine is particularly suitable for CBD, THC, and Vitamin-infused products, making it an invaluable asset for both small to medium manufacturers and recipe development kitchens.

Operation

  1. Fill the hopper with your cooked product.
  2. Load moulds into the infeed section.
  3. Press the index button.
  4. The mould will be pushed underneath the depositing head and mould cavities will be filled with your product.
  5. Press the index button.
  6. The mould will be pushed into the outfeed and a new mould pushed underneath the depositing head.
  7. Remove the moulds from the machine and place somewhere to cool.
  8. Demould.

Multiple Mould Compatibility

The machine accommodates Teflon-coated moulds and silicone moulds. We can also configure the machine to run with some mat type moulds. It can process 6-11 impressions per mould (Depending on sweet size) and has an average throughput of 6 to 14 moulds per minute. Custom-designed 3D Ball Lollipop moulds are also available.
The Teflon moulds include demoulding pins on the bottom. When these are pressed in the pin will force the product from the mould. The lollipop moulds open on a hinge for demoulding.
