Loypack Single nozzle extruder for gum and soft candy products with liquid centre filling or powder filling. Centres can be any liquid filling such as fruit jams, chocolate etc. The machine can also be fitted with an alternative nozzle for a solid rope. Extruders for multiple ropes are also supplied.

The machine is fitted with two extrusion screws and has the facility for water cooling as required.

Variable speed unit with electric heating to the extruder & head. 11KW.

We supply extruders for one, two & four ropes.
