Chocolate Tanks

Chocolate holding/storage tank, manufactured from stainless steel inner tank with outer jacket painted in food grade paint or stainless steal, the tank is water jacketed and has its own self contained electric hot water heating system with temperature control. Fitted with stainless steel ball valve outlet.

The stirrers are of the overdriven gate type and on tanks of 150kg and under they have side scraping units. The stirrers are driven by a bridge mounted motor/gearbox unit at each side of the centre bridge are two hinged lids with magnetic safety switches fitted.

Capacities available: 75Kg, 150Kg, 500Kg, 1000Kg, 2000Kg more on request.
