Continuous Tempering Machine

Loypack Tempering machines are available in 2 sizes. LTF 100 for batch sizes up to 80Kg and LTF 150/200 for batch sizes of between 150-200Kg.

LTF 100 can be supplied with a heated vibration table for filling chocolate moulds by hand.

Tempering machines are used to pre-crystalise the fat (cacao butter) contained in the chocolate, forming stable crystals of type ß and ß´ which provokes the acceleration of the total crystallization of the product, increasing visibly its brightness and shelf life and avoiding the formation of fat bloom and sugar bloom in the final product.

These machines can be supplied as stand alone units or we can supply them along with chocolate pumps for direct feeding of enrobers, moulding machines etc.
