One Shot Moulding Machine

Loypack UK one shot moulding machine for producing both solid or centre filled chocolate products. The chocolate shell and centre is deposited by a single tear drop deposit to the centre of each mould cavity. Machine available in stainless steel or painted finish and maximum running speed is 18 moulds per minute.moulding_machine_2

Operation

The mould hopper is filled with moulds. The machine then automatically indexes moulds along the conveyor passing under the mould heating section to prevent thermal shock of tempered chocolate as it is deposited. When a mould is detected underneath the depositing nozels it is lifted to the height of the nozzles where a single shot is deposited to each cavity of the mould. Moulds then pass over a viration unit to remove air bubbles and ensure an even deposit before entering the mould discharge section.
