NEW Loypack BL800 Rotary Forming Machine, the machine can be manufactured to make ball lollipops from a size of 15mm upto 30mm, the speed of the machine depends on the size of the lollipop but we advise a comfortable running speed of 800 lollipops per minute.

The machine can be set to run with plastic, paper or wooden sticks from 70mm 100mm long. Loypack UK also supply quality lollipop sticks and we would be happy to quote you.

The lollipop forming machine is fitted with a candy jam ballpopmachine up detector which stops the machine should there be any kind of stick up in the die, this has a failsafe reset button for die protection.

The machine is totally guarded with stainless steel panels clear hinged Lexon panels are fitted to access areas and these are also fitted with magnetic guard switches.

Ambient Cooler

5 tiered ambient cooler. Internal fans keep air circulating as lollipops pass through the 5 layers. This cooler is only suitable for factories who have a cooler ambient air temperature. Factories with hotter air temperature will need to use the 5 tier refrigerated cooler below.

5 Tier Refrigerated Cooler

Ideal for factories with a hotter internal ambient air temperature who require a more intense cooling medium than our standard ambient cooler.

Complete with its own refrigeration system so the cooling temperature can be set as required.

Wrapping Machine

Loypack BLBW Ball Lollipop Wrapping Machine/s. The machine can either be supplied with vibratory hopper feeding, or belt transfer feeding with automatic top up brush units. Running speed 130 lollipops per minute.
