Loypack BM420 Verical Form Fill & Seal Bagging Line.
Complete bagging line for the bagging of candies, chocolates, corn snacks, crisps and many other granular and small piece type products. Speeds of upto 60 bags per minute with great accuracy can be achieved on our 10 head weighers depending on product characteristics etc.

Machines are available in either stainless steel finish or painted finish.
The bagging line consists of:-
- Vibratory feed bucket elevator.
- Gantry unit with stairs and hand rails.
- Computerised 10 multy head weigher in dimple plate as standard.
- Bagging machine with Euroslot punch, block bottom bag attachment & code printer as standard. Optional multi strip bag function.
- Two x Forming shoulders are supplied with each machine.
- Small inclined conveyor
- Lazy Susan packing table
Additional Options:-
- We can supply weigh head of 8, 10, 12 & 14 head.
- Weighers with daily print out facility.
- We can also supply the above machines individually.
- We can also supply the bagging machine in quad style bag, this gives a four sided pleated stand up bag with a block bottom, further details on application.
