Loypack UK/Adonsonia Fudge/Caramel Cutter for cubes or bars. Fitted with two banks of rotating slitting blades. A slab of caramel/fudge is placed on a carrying board which is transported through one bank of slitting blades, then the board is turned 90 deg and goes through the second bank of slitting blades. We can set the machine for any size of cube or bars, bars can have part sliced sements if required. The machine can be supplied with multiple banks of blades which can easily be changed for different sizes. Maximum slab size 400mm x 400mm.
