The Loynds High-Speed Pillow Pack Machine is suitable for wrapping small, hard candy products, offering versatility across various shapes including rounds, balls, ovals, oblongs, and squares. The machine can wrap up to 1000 pieces per minute and produces heat sealed packs with zig zag cut crimps on the ends.
It is capable of wrapping product with a width of 10-30mm, length of 10-40mm and a height of 5-18mm.
Product is first loaded into the vibratory feeder. Its then fed automatically into the feed plate, where pieces are indexed through the infeed and into the wrapping jaws.
The machine features a double roll film system for seamless film change over.
