The flat lollipop machine handles each stage of the process – cutting the candy rope, inserting the stick, forming the lollipop, and wrapping it in a sandwich style wrapper. The machine provides adjustment to the thickness of the lollipop meaning you can control the weight of each pop.
The lollipop machine incorporates a print registration system to allow control over the position of the packaging design on the product. It accommodates lollipop shapes, up to a maximum diameter of 40mm, and a lollipop stick size up to 90mm. This equipment features dual upper and lower film rollers, designed for efficient roll changeover, reducing downtime in a production setting.
The operation of the machine is fully automatic, enhancing productivity and ease of use. This lollipop manufacturing equipment can be supplied with a batch roller and rope sizer if required.
