The Cross Feed Flowpack machine is an ideal packaging solution for wrapping chocolate bars, granola bars, wafers, biscuits and other bar type products. Designed for medium-speed production, this automatic or semi-automatic machine can wrap up to 200 pieces per minute, depending on the feeding configuration. The MW02 delivers heat-sealed packaging with secure zig-zag crimps and handles various pack lengths and product heights, offering flexibility for different confectionery items.
The machine features a cross feed infeed system, which allows for increased throughput and efficiency. Products can be fed into the conveyor side by side, creating a buffer that is automatically indexed into the chain infeed, optimising the packaging process.
Built for user-friendliness, it simplifies operation, cleaning, and maintenance, making it suitable for small to medium-scale production. The machine also comes with protective guards and interlocked magnetic switches to ensure safety during operation. The MW02 is compatible with a range of wrapping materials such as PP, CP, and PET, making it a versatile choice for the confectionery industry.
